With our strong dedication towards fulfilling the commitment of quality, we have developed an Automated Lab Test Bench in our facility so as to keep a strict vigil for assuring the quality. The raw materials we use in for developing the pumps are procured from some of the most recognized vendors, and are tested that they are at par with quality.

Tests executed in our Automated Lab Test Bench are as follows:-

• DB meter for measuring the noise level
• For measuring motor speed, Digital Taco meter test is executed
• Fixtures for mounting different sizes of pumps
• Flow meter for flow measurement
• Instrument panel for recording the power
• Motors of different rating
• Oil Storage tank (capacity from 200 liters to 2000 liters)

• Viscosity Measuring Instrument

We initiate quality checks regularly at each stage for the materials which are in-process. Our offerings are only dispatched when the quality control department approves its flawlessness.
